Our office, Ballantyne Endodontics, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued during their visit, which means the following: · Welcoming patients to the dental office · Maintaining accurate patient records · Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages · Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails · Keeping updated records and files · Maintaining a tidy and presentable front desk with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.) · Ability to work in office Mon-Fri from 7:00am-5:00pm In this high-energy, active office with three doctors, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, organized, diligent, and have the enthusiasm to learn and expand their knowledge. They will be a go-getter who is open and able to receive feedback, a team player, and coachable. As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. Your Background You are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator who strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You’re adaptable to new and challenging tasks, enthusiastic, passionate, and a collaborative problem-solver who is always proactively striving for excellence. You also have the following: · 1-2 years of proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or in a relevant position · Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, google drive, etc.) · Strong communication and people skills · Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities · Problem-solving skills · Customer service orientation · A high school diploma · A desire to help your patients If this sounds like you, you will fit right in with the team!
