Immediate Opening for a Front Desk Associate for a Holistic Dental Office About Us: Adore is a conscious dental wellness studio offering holistic, preventative, restorative, airway, and cosmetic services to members of the community in a modern environment. Our purpose is to guide patients towards optimal oral health and well-being in mind, body and spirit from a holistic and biological stand point. About You: You are a front office desk representative with great customer service skills that is passionate about the whole health, root cause, and working for a company that shares your values. You are interested in improving the lives of your patients and those around you through exceptional care and positivity. Most importantly, you share our interest in making a difference in the world. Job Responsibilities: * Create a customer-centric culture and align team members with Adore’s processes and procedures * Smart, productive scheduling based on patient needs and resource availability * Proactively manage the office budget to maintain profitability * Manage accounts receivables including timely and accurate insurance claim processing and patient billing * Coordinate with patients to apply for 3rd party financing or other financial assistance * Flow and help with the clinical team when necessary * Involvement with Marketing, and Recruiting initiatives * Maintain protocols and guidelines as they relate to patient privacy (HIPAA) and team member safety (OSHA). *Answer phones and provide customer service *Check patients in and out and scheduling *Treatment plan presentations *Managing emails and doctor's messages *Manage patients and customer service Skill Requirements: * Experience working in the dental field * Ideally have knowledge of PPO insurance and billing * Ability to present treatment plans to patients * Excellent written and oral communication skills *Exceptional customer service skills *Excellent organizational skills * Proactive planning and thinking * Excellent time management skills * Great with technology and computer skills *Assertive and ability to handle customer service in a fast-paced environment If you fit these requirements and would like to join our team, please contact us at [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info].
