Description

We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Part Time Orthodontic Floater to join our fun and friendly team in the process of growth while maintaining a commitment to giving comprehensive and quality care to our patients. Our team upholds a strong focus on collaboration and team training. Although experience may be helpful, we hire based on ability, personality, and potential. Must be proficient at typing. As our Orthodontic floater, your responsibilities would include but are not limited to: assisting the Orthodontist during consultations and patient records, treatment contracts and informed consent forms. Answering phones, checking patients in/out, scheduling and confirming appointments, taking new patient phone calls and collecting information. Because this role involves heavy patient/parent engagement, we are looking for someone who will easily connect with patients in a friendly, genuine way and is geared to look for ways to exceed our patient's expectations. A cheerful, positive personality with good communication skills is a must. Attention to detail and ability to stay organized and follow established systems is essential. Our patient days are Tuesday- Thursday. We see children of all ages therefore we require that all team members are comfortable working with all children.
