ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT-3day work week-= GREAT WORK /LIFE BALANCE!! PAY based on experience -OPEN TO DENTAL ASSISTANTS WITH or WITHOUT ORTHODONTIC EXPERIENCE Are you passionate about dental care and interested in joining a dynamic orthodontic team? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our thriving practice. As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on patients’ lives, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: *Banding and Bonding procedures * Assisting the orthodontist during dental procedures and examinations * Taking and developing dental X-rays * Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments * Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care * Intraoral scanning- Invisalign * Providing support to the orthodontic team as needed Requirements: * Licensed Dental Assistant in the state of Texas * Previous experience working as an orthodontic assistant is necessary * Proficient in taking dental X-rays and operating dental software * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy *Must be able to work late on Wednesdays 10-7pm Our practice, located in PEARLAND, South of Houston, is committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment, where your skills and contributions are valued.
