Description

My name is Jacob, I'm the director for Arte Dental and have been with the team for over 11 years. I have an EXCELLENT opportunity with the potential to take over an amazing office and fly solo. I'm currently looking for a full time associate for our private practice in Plano (near Preston and 121). We are a family owned, PRIVATE practice with 15 years of excellent reputation. The office is loaded with toys; 3D CBCT, lab grade milling machine (can even cut titanium for custom abutments), digital impressions, 3D printer, tissue laser, etc. A capable dentist should be able to make $200-250,000 annually in this office. We train associates on the Nobel guided implant placement/restoration system (my associate in McKinney with no prior implant experience placed over 60 guided implants in his first 8 months). This is a great office to be in! You would be working alongside the owner, Dr. William Nguyen. HOWEVER... Dr. Nguyen is scaling back, and getting out of general dentistry to focus on implants only. So our associate will take over 90-95% of the schedule. Asides from his implant cases, Dr. Nguyen's typically there Mon-Thursday to mentor and do larger more complex cases. There is a decent possibility that he will move out, and open an implant only office within the next 12 months. With that said, I need an associate that is capable of the following: -Running and treating an office as his own, and taking care of the staff -Competent in ALL aspects of general dentistry including molar to molar extraction, some 3rds, root tips, etc -Dentures and Partials (we can train on over dentures and All on Fours) -Capable of treating cooperative children, should be able to do PSCs occasionally -Invisalign would be nice, but we can train on that -Full mouth rehab/crown and bridge -Should be capable of producing 60-90k monthly, and can keep up with a busy schedule No nights, no weekends (Mon-Thurs 8-5 and every other Fr 8-2). Office is capable of producing over 100k/month with just one doc and RDH (not counting Dr. Nguyen). WIDE range of services offered; everything from pedo to All-on-Fours and everything in-between. PPO and FFS only! We also have an amazing hygienist at that office for 3 years. Our lead assistant has been with us for over a decade. And our billing coordinator has been with us for 12 years. I'm looking for a dentist that will treat the office as their own, but also open to being mentored by Dr. Nguyen as needed. We will allow a lot of freedom on how you work, treatment plan, etc. We're NOT corporate. An added bonus, I do not require a time constrained contract. I feel like our relationship should be a mutual one. I want you to be happy and WANT to be here, as opposed to having to be here. :) We care VERY MUCH about quality dentistry.
