Aesthetic Dental Partners We are looking for a bright cheerful and friendly Full time team oriented Patient/Treatment Coordinator. We are a family run General/Cosmetic private dental practice (with a specialist side) located in The Medical Center. Our focus is on building and fostering patient relationships. As our patient’s first point of contact, the person in this position must exhibit exceptional people skills and empathy. Job requirements; The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, a self motivated starter, accountable, thrives on organization, solution focused and understands the value of supporting other team members. A quick learner with at least 2 years of dental front office experience. You will be entering and presenting treatment and financial plans ( on advanced gingival and periodontal treatment, Implants and oral surgery, full mouth rehab, Invisalign, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Implant supported All On 4 Appliances) Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, working and calling on unscheduled treatment reports, answering phones with a smile = ability to multitask.
