Key Responsibilities Train, mentor, and support Treatment Coordinators to present and close high-ticket treatment plans effectively. Develop and implement systems for treatment presentation, third-party financing, and follow-ups. Role-play and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and patient communication. Analyze key performance metrics and create strategies for continuous improvement. Ensure consistency in patient experience across multiple practice locations. Stay up-to-date with third-party financing options and train the team on presenting these confidently. What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office. Proven ability to close high-value treatment plans. Strong knowledge of third-party financing solutions (e.g., CareCredit, Cherry, Basis, etc.). Excellent presentation and training skills.
