The company is recruiting for a Director of Membership Services to build and lead a team providing world class support, primarily working with office mangers of our members. The ideal candidate has pediatric dental office manager experience, exceptional relationship building skills, and wants to leverage their experience in a new and exciting way. Expectations include: 1. Ensuring high level of procurement software utilization by members 2. Driving savings for members through preferred supplier and services utilization 3. Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction as evidenced through customer surveys 4.
