DENTAL NEW PATIENT TREATMENT CONCIERGE POSITION OPENING Do you have a background in a highly focused customer service industry? Do you have Dental Assisting and treatment planning experience? Are you sincere and caring and enthusiastic? Our office is looking for someone with a background in Clinical assisting and treatment planning with extreme customer service skills and positive attitude to lead our New patient clinical Operations. You will have your own schedule of New patients where you will walk the patient through their entire visit, work with our Dental hygiene team to facilitate same day care and coordinate present and organize future appointments for our new patients. You will perform all duties that fall under a new patient and Hygiene care being seen and will act as our flow coordinator with New patients and Hygiene schedules. This position requires someone with an outgoing conversational personality, Ability to Clinically conduct imaging , Co diagnosis and Co discovery with the patient and the Doctor, present treatment plans and close cases and manage our New Patient operations.
