Description

We are growing and looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, and friendly Hygiene Coordinator to join to our team! Job Summary: We are looking for an office professional with a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills to serve as our front desk receptionist/hygiene coordinator. Our practice is well-established, fast-paced and requires multitasking. We are adding to our team and looking to fill the position as soon as possible. After the initial interview, we will do a paid working interview to ensure we are a good fit. Hours will be: Mon 8am-5pm, Tues 7:15am-4:30pm, Wed 6:45am-4pm, Thur 6:45am-3pm, Fri 6:45am-12pm Primary Job Responsibilities: Greet and check in all patients as they come into the office Assist with patient check out and treatment plans Enter patient info as needed, scan/upload patient forms Answer phone calls/check voicemail/emails/texts Daily insurance verifications for all hygiene patients, utilizing web portals and IAP Keeping the hygiene schedule full (we are typically booked out 3mos, so this will mainly be filling last-minute openings) Confirm hygiene appointments (we use Revenue Well so a lot of this is done automatically through text/email) Follow-up with unscheduled recare/ASAP lists Print route sheets/consent forms for the following day Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years dental front desk experience REQUIRED Experience with Dentrix REQUIRED Detail-oriented and able to multi-task Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player Driven personality to want to strive to be your best and to provide the best care for our patients.
