At AB Dental we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the two. This is why nearly all the dentist’s we partner with have owned their own practice, but they prefer to work with us. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are building a partnership, not filling a position. We want someone that has a high desire to work and learn in a self-driven environment. We are solving a big problem in our communities, which means we have a lot of patient flow. To meet all the demand, we will need someone that loves being busy providing excellent quality care to patients. YOUR DAILY IMPACT Another great benefit of working in a group practice setting is that us dentists can work to each other’s strengths and preferences. As general dentists, we’re required to be proficient in most procedures, but this doesn’t mean doing most procedures is an efficient usage of our time or skills. Some of us prefer to focus more on endo., others prefer seeing children and others just restorative. Working in a group setting allows you to focus on what you’re most efficient at. This provides great benefits for the patients which in return makes you more productive. YOUR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $1,200/day +401K, Health Insurance, etc.
