Dental Front Office Receptionist 4 Day work week. No experience necessary, training is available. This is not an office manager position. Our office is looking for an outgoing and friendly person to join our office team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and should be polite and have great customer service skills. Independently owned private family practice in Kennesaw looking to hire a qualified candidate to join our team. We pride ourselves on being a dental office that puts patient care first, along with having a team that is always willing to help each other and fun to work with. We would like to hire a permanent new member to join our team. Full-time position. We desire a candidate with passion for non-corporate dentistry. We treat patients FOUR DAYS A WEEK and NO WEEKENDS This position is responsible for greeting patients, making sure their insurance information and medical data is current and correct in our system. They answer phone calls, take messages and schedule appointments. In addition, they are expected to help with daily general office duties as necessary. Office hours: Monday, Tuesday 8:00a - 5:00p Thursday, Friday 8:00a - 5:30p Wednesday or Friday 4 days a week Our office strives to give the best patient care and we have a positive team vibe. Skills we are looking for include, but are not limited to, a strong organization and multi-tasking ability, a keep the schedule full mentality, Dentrix or other dental software experience, basic knowledge of dental practices, dental insurance and billing procedures understanding, ability to deliver excellent service, attention to detail and accuracy, and good communication skills.
