We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our elite team and assist with advanced cosmetic procedures and surgical dental implant treatments. Responsibilities: Provide white-glove, concierge-level chairside assistance during cosmetic, restorative, and surgical dental implant procedures. Assist in dental implant placement surgeries, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and full-arch reconstructions. Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical field, ensuring compliance with strict aseptic protocols. Proficient in in-office bleaching procedures like Zoom whitening. Take and develop high-resolution digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral images. Assist with digital smile design, temporary restorations, and custom shade selection for aesthetic cases. Educate patients on pre- and post-surgical care, ensuring an exceptional experience and optimal healing. Maintain a pristine, spa-like environment, ensuring patient comfort and relaxation. Support the team with treatment planning, digital impressions, CAD/CAM technology, and surgical tray setups. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification (required). X-ray and CPR certification (preferred or required, depending on state regulations). At least 2 years of experience in cosmetic and/or implant dentistry (preferred). Experience with dental implant surgical procedures, digital scanning, and CAD/CAM technology is a plus. Knowledge of CBCT imaging, and implant systems (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and a passion for aesthetic and surgical excellence.
