We are a busy high-tech, state-of-the art dental practice. We enjoy dentistry and believe dentistry offers patients a means to better overall health. Our front office team are the heart of our practice, they build positive, long lasting and trusting relationships with patients as well as with team members. What we are looking for: Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills are critical. Someone who loves dentistry and enjoys caring for patients. A leader who inspires others Knowledge of Eaglesoft a plus but not necessary Job Description: Full Time Position: Monday-Thursday Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, telephone and in office contact with new and current patients, scheduling of patients, treatment planning, collecting payments, promoting the practice through internal and external marketing efforts, and completing appropriate daily functions. All responsibilities are to be performed with accuracy, efficiency, and a team-oriented approach. The Opportunity: As the admin, you will play an important role in making sure patients can start the plans that will be best for their oral health. Responsibilities: * Interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner in person and on the telephone. * Schedule and go over treatment plans and finances with patient * Work with and maintain good communication with entire team. * Maintain compliance with HIPPA and patient privacy. * Verify medical and dental insurance benefits. * Maintain and manage patient records. . Medical and dental claims knowledge a PLUS! Experience: * Education: Minimum- High School. * Knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred but not necessary.
