Job Title: Full time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) In person Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Bonus opportunities based on performance Benefits: PTO Paid Holidays Professional Growth and Career Advancement Opportunities Discounted Dental Benefits for Employee and Immediate Family Office Hours: Mon ,Wed 8-5 Thursday 10 - 6:30 Friday 8-3 Key Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare patients for treatment Strive to achieve patient comfort through excellent chairside manner Chairside assist doctor in procedures and exams Manage flow of patient care Set up and break down operatories Take dental radiographs, intraoral photographs and dental impressions Maintain and update dental records Manage infection control and sterilization within compliance Oversee and track lab cases Educate patients on oral health, dental procedures and after care Order and track supplies Schedule appointments Perform other duties to support office as needed Requirements: Active Texas State Board RDA License CPR/BLS certification
