You’ll be the heart of our practice, leading operations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly so we can continue providing top-notch care to our patients. What You’ll Do: - Oversee daily operations at both of our locations, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and team members. - Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination with confidence. - Lead and motivate our team of dental professionals to achieve excellence in all areas. - Stay on top of office supplies, staff coordination, and any challenges that arise. - Foster a positive and supportive office culture with a focus on customer service. What We’re Looking For: - At least 5 years of dental office management experience (or in a similar role). - Strong leadership skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients and staff alike. - Flexibility to travel between our two locations as needed (~15min apart!) - Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft), insurance, and billing processes is a plus!
