We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice in McKinney TX. We have a beautiful office with an amazing & friendly staff. EDUCATION: our hygienists are trained to change people's lives to be true clinicians and look at the whole patient, not just tooth cleaners. We'll train you to pre-screen CT scans, pre-diagnose sleep apnea, TMJ disorders, complex dental diseases and more. Our current hygienists have helped prevent kids from being misdiagnosed with ADHD and changed people's lives by identifying root issues for chronic headaches and TMJ problems! Just to name a few. PATIENTS: we are service-oriented, not production oriented and our Google reviews prove it. You get one column, 60 min recalls (adults/kids) We split new patient appointments into two, first 60 minutes is establishment and screening, 2nd 60 minutes for prophy and other preventive services, 90 minutes for half mouth SRP (more time if needed). Focus on your patient and give them the best service you can. TECHNOLOGY: every hygienist gets their own diode laser, Nomad x-ray gun, sensor, intraoral camera, flat screen TV, to fully educate their patients in an easy workflow environment. SCHEDULE: We work 3 day 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm with 1 hr. lunch and you have 4 days off to balance family and work.
