Experienced & PERSONABLE Dental Assistant with CAD/Cam knowledge Chamberlain General & Sedation Dentistry – Clearwater, FL Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Dental Assistant with experience in CAD/CAM dentistry? We are looking for a full-time team member to join our state-of-the-art, high-tech dental practice, specializing in IV sedation, same-day crowns (CEREC), and digital treatment workflows. Why Join Us? Our practice offers: ✔ A four-day workweek (Fridays off!) ✔ Competitive pay: $26 - $33 per hour (based on experience) ✔ Achievable bonuses and career growth opportunities ✔ A supportive team culture that values work-life balance What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experienced in the dental field ✅ Strong patient rapport and excellent communication skills ✅ Proficiency in digital scanning, CEREC design, and lab fabrication is a plus ✅ Ability to assist with chairside procedures, front office tasks, and patient education ✅ A team player who is reliable, organized, and service-oriented ✅ Must live within 30 minutes of the office Key Responsibilities: - Assist the doctor with clinical procedures and ensure smooth patient flow - Take and update digital scans, X-rays, and medical histories - Maintain a clean and organized operatory - Support front office duties as needed (greeting patients, scheduling, etc.) - Educate patients on treatments and post-care instructions Benefits We Offer: Individual dental plan 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off (PTO) – up to 26 days, starting with 5 days after 6 months Health, Vision, & Disability Insurance Paid holidays & personal days Retirement plan Employee discounts & more!
