This person will also handle all front desk duties, including, but not limited to: answering telephones, checking in and out, making appointments, accurately inputting patient information, scanning and sending letters to doctors, uploading x-rays and documents into the patient's charts, attention to detail is crucial in this role, liaison for referral offices and our team, and responding to patient's inquiries via text message platforms.
