Experienced Dental Assistant We are a busy, modern, state-of-the-art general dentistry practice committed to providing top-tier patient care. Our modern facility uses the latest technology to offer a wide range of services all in-office, ensuring that patients receive the best care conveniently. We are currently seeking someone who's interested in learning and growing with our practice. We are full-service dental office, offering a variety of dental procedures, including same-day crowns, root canals, implant placement, fillings, extractions, and more. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our in-office offerings to include **Invisalign**, **TMJ treatments**, and **Oral sleep appliances**, so experience with these services is a plus, but not a requirement. Candidate should be detailed-oriented, dependable with great communication skills and a hungry to learn. **Responsibilities:** - Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. - Preparing / breaking-down treatment rooms and make sure it's correctly set-up for the next procedure - Take digital X-rays, CBCT Scans and digital impression - Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the office. - Help with weekly and monthly equipment maintenance - Educate patients on post-procedure care and oral health practices. ***IMPORTANT***RATE of pay AND future raise are based on your quality, knowledge of the position, productivity, initiative, attitude, dependability, supporting practice goals, communication with co-works and patients. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant. - Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and technology. - Experience with same-day crowns, implants, root canals, and other general dentistry procedures. - Experience or willingness to learn about Invisalign, TMJ treatments, and oral sleep appliances. - Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. - A current dental assistant certification and CPR certification. **Why Join Us?** - Competitive salary and benefits. - A modern, friendly work environment with a focus on teamwork. - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. - The chance to grow with a forward-thinking practice that is expanding its services.
