We are a busy, state-of-the-art general dentistry practice committed to providing top-tier patient care. Our modern facility uses the latest technology to offer a wide range of services all in-office, ensuring that patients receive the best care conveniently. We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about educating patients, providing excellent care, and growing with a forward-thinking practice, this is the opportunity for you. **Responsibilities**: - Perform professional cleanings and exams, including routine and deep cleanings. - Educate patients using the iTero Lumina Oral Health Suite, explaining how overall health and chronic conditions influence oral health. - Conduct preventive services such as Identifi Oral Cancer Screenings, Sealant applications, and Fluoride treatments. - Help patients select appropriate oral care products to support their health. - Collaborate with our dental team to provide a comprehensive care approach. - Provide excellent patient education and ensure each patient’s comfort throughout their visit. **Scheduled Patient Times**: - New Patients: 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. - Existing Patients: 1 hour. - Children under 13: 30 minutes. - Two-Quad SRP: 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. **We Offer**: - Competitive salary and benefits. - A modern, friendly work environment with a focus on teamwork. - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. - The chance to grow with a forward-thinking practice expanding its services. **Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)**: - Experience with Invisalign, TMJ treatments, and oral sleep appliances is a plus. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients.
