What You'll Do: As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Your responsibilities will include: Patient Care & Comfort: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including fillings, extractions, and crown preparations, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless workflow. Sterilization & Infection Control: Maintain a clean and sterile environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols. Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms. Radiography: Take and develop high-quality digital X-rays. Administrative Support: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and maintain inventory. Laboratory Duties: Pouring and trimming models, fabricating temporary crowns. What We're Looking For: A positive, energetic, and team-oriented individual. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred bilingual spanish speaking considering patient demographics. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Required: Dental Assistant Certification (where applicable by state law). Current X-ray certification.
