WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: -Creating a positive and friendly experience for every patient and parent. -Scheduling appointments and making outbound calls to ensure seamless patient care. -Assisting with treatment plans and insurance verification. -Checking patients in and out with efficiency and a smile. -Multi-tasking like a pro while maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: -A fun-loving personality with a passion for working with children. -Strong interpersonal and communications skills. -The ability to stay organized and respond to patients' needs promptly in a busy environment. -Previous dental front office experience is required. (Dentrix knowledge is a plus!) This is a full-time, 4-5 days a week position. We will discuss the schedule in more detail during the interview.
