We are seeking one full time dental hygienist or two part time RDH to cover 4 days a week. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. Full time employees receive benefits such as vacation, holidays, 401K matching, 401K profit sharing, bonuses, and much more. We have an incredible team that has been together for many years. Our growing practice needs some additional help to meet the patient demand. We are a fast pace practice, but we still maintain one hour appointments for our recall patients in hopes of building lasting relationships with each of them. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients. This role involves performing a variety of clinical tasks, including patient assessments, infection control, other dental hygiene procedures. The dental hygienist will play a vital role in promoting oral health and educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate oral health and hygiene. Perform routine cleanings, scaling, and polishing of teeth. Review and maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Take medical imaging as needed to support diagnosis and treatment planning. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary recommendations. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care in a friendly environment. Skills Proficient in documentation review and maintaining accurate medical records. Experience in assisting within a dental clinic setting. Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques. Knowledge of infection control standards and practices. Ability to perform medical imaging procedures effectively. Excellent communication skills to educate patients on dental care. A compassionate approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skills.
