!!Experienced Dental Front Desk Manager in Cumming, GA 30041 Up to $ 5k signup bonus *Please have Previous Dental Experience before Applying* North Georgia Smiles, a fast-paced and multi-doctor dental practice in Cumming, GA, is seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Front Desk Manager experienced with Account Receivables. We are committed to maintaining a supportive, professional, and respectful workplace. We are looking for an enthusiastic, long-term team member who shares our commitment to excellent patient care and team collaboration! Work Schedule: Full Time Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Managing AR (Account Receivable) Dental insurance verification and claim submission Presenting treatment plans and following up with patients Creating payment plans and financing options for patients Handling patient phone calls and scheduling appointments General office duties such as scanning, filing, and administrative tasks.
