Description

Dental Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator Part-Time Opportunity: Monday & Tuesday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM About Us: At Bespoke Sleep and Cosmetic Dentistry, our vision is to “Inspire confidence and change lives through reengineering sleep and transforming smiles.” We accomplish our vision by living out our four EPIC Bespoke cultural values: EXCELLENCE, PASSION, INTEGRITY, and CONFIDENCE. As a fee-for-service office, we have the freedom to provide truly personalized care without the limitations of insurance, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of treatment tailored specifically to their needs. Our team is dedicated to transforming the lives of those suffering from sleep apnea, ADHD, and other issues related to underdeveloped upper and lower jaws. Through growth and development and dental sleep medicine, we work tirelessly to reengineer our patients' airways and smiles for optimal health and restorative sleep. Why You'll Love Working Here: Join a team that’s redefining dental care by focusing on airway health, sleep, and life-changing transformations—this is more than just a job, it's a mission. This is not just another dental assistant job. We’re looking for someone who feels driven by the opportunity to make a tangible, lasting impact on people’s lives. Every patient you care for will leave better than when they arrived, whether it’s a child benefiting from early growth and development, an adult who has reclaimed their health and comfort through sleep apnea treatments, or someone undergoing a smile transformation through cosmetic dentistry. This is your chance to join a team that thrives on excellence, collaboration, and results. Does this sound like the kind of place you’ve been searching for? What You'll Do: As our Dental Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be a key player in guiding patients through their journey to optimal health. From the moment they walk in the door, you will ensure they receive an outstanding, seamless experience. Here’s how you’ll make a difference: • Patient Care & Education – Ensure patients feel at ease, educate them on treatment options (cosmetic, orthodontic, and sleep solutions), and answer their questions with clarity. • Advanced Diagnostics & Imaging – Capture CBCT scans, digital impressions, and photos to help personalize treatment plans. • Chairside Assistance – Anticipate needs, keep procedures running smoothly, and ensure patient comfort during every treatment. • Patient Experience & Coordination – Review the next steps in the treatment plan with patients before they leave, schedule their next appointment, and ensure they fully understand their care journey. • Post-Treatment Care – Provide clear post-op instructions, follow up on recovery progress, and offer additional guidance as needed. • Orthodontic Case Management – Track treatment progress, assist with remote monitoring, and guide patients on using digital tools to stay on course. • Administrative & Back-Office Support – Maintain digital records, manage inventory, sterilize instruments, and keep everything organized. • Team Collaboration – Work closely with the doctor, specialists, and front office to deliver a top-tier patient experience. Our practice operates straight through the day without a lunch break. The last patient is scheduled at 2:00 PM and leaves by 3:00 PM, with 3:00–4:00 PM dedicated to end-of-day tasks and administrative duties as needed. What You Bring: • Experience – 2+ years as an RDA with orthodontic experience(preferred but not required) • Licensing – Active RDA license, X-ray & Nitrous Oxide certification • Technology – Familiarity with digital scanning, Cerec (preferred but not required), and dental software • Passion – A patient-first mindset and commitment to excellence What’s in It for You: • Pay – $18-$25/hour depending on experience, with potential renegotiation after 3 months • Benefits –Holiday pay if the holiday falls on a normal workday, PTO (2 days after 1 year, 4 days after 2 years) Why This Role? This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make an impact. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll help transform lives through innovative care.
