Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with no less than 1 or 2 years experience. This position will be a permanent position on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The hours are from 7:00am - 2:00pm. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during procedures and perform various patient care and laboratory duties. Responsibilities: - Prepare patients for dental work - Sterilize dental instruments - Assist dentists during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene - Take and develop dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records - Manage inventory of dental supplies Skills: - Proficiency in Four Handed Dentistry techniques - Knowledge of Medical Imaging for dental diagnostics - Familiarity with Dental Clinic operations - Understanding of Dental Terminology and Anatomy - Ability to implement Infection Control protocols - Proficient in Medical Documentation practices - Familiarity with Softdent and Dexis software is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic dental practice, utilizing your skills to provide exceptional patient care.
