Your Role: As a vital part of our front office team, you will: Welcome and check in patients with a warm, friendly demeanor Manage appointment scheduling & confirmations for a smooth patient experience Verify insurance benefits & process claims efficiently Handle patient inquiries & financial discussions with confidence and care Collaborate with our clinical team to maintain seamless operations What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (Expanded duties a plus!) ✔️ Strong knowledge of insurance verification & claims processing ✔️ Excellent communication & customer service skills – A positive attitude is key! ✔️ Detail-oriented & highly organized – You thrive in a fast-paced environment ✔️ Proficiency with dental practice software (experience with Dentrix is a plus) At Martin Dental, you’re not just an employee – you’re family.
