Job Summary: As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be the key connection between our patients and their treatment plans. Your role is to ensure patients understand their options, feel confident in their decisions, and receive the best care possible. Key Responsibilities: Present and explain treatment plans, financial options, and insurance coverage to patients. Coordinate and schedule patient treatments to ensure a seamless experience. Verify insurance benefits and provide cost estimates for procedures. Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans and answer any questions. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the dental team for efficient care. Assist with front office duties as needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination, front office, or a related role. Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance billing, and financing options. Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental). Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
