Argyle Pediatric Dentistry is a brand-new pediatric dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a fun, friendly, and compassionate environment. We strive to create positive dental experiences for children while delivering high-quality treatment. We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team! If you are passionate about working with children and are looking for an opportunity to grow with a startup practice, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Assist the pediatric dentist during procedures and exams Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Comfort and communicate with pediatric patients to create a positive dental experience Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines Support front office staff as needed Qualifications: Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A friendly, compassionate demeanor with a patient-first attitude Why Join Us?
