Orthodontic Lab Technician – Join Our Team! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Orthodontic Lab Technician to join our practice. This position is responsible for all lab work, including appliance fabrication, lab management, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthodontic lab procedures and the ability to train and supervise other lab technicians and assistants to ensure an efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities: • Fabricate orthodontic appliances, including retainers (fixed and removable). • Print 3D models and maintain printing equipment. • Prepare indirect bonding trays for appliance construction. • Scan patients and take initial records. • Prepare models for outside lab work and manage in-house repairs and adjustments. • Order and manage lab supplies. • Perform general housekeeping tasks in the lab to maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Participate actively in staff and committee meetings. • Foster teamwork and collaboration within the practice. • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor and/or doctor. Qualifications: • X-ray certification required. • Experience with 3D printing and orthodontic appliance fabrication preferred. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to train and oversee other lab staff. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
