Our growing private practice prides itself on excellent patient experience and clinical care. We consider our patients family, we are looking for someone who shares our values and is eager to grow with our office and our team. We are in search of a Dental Assistant who has experienced dental services with the ability to cross over to light front office duties when not with a patient. Our office is steady, growing general practice and we have a great team with lots to offer candidates! Our doctor values your time with family and friends, so we see patients Mon-Thurs one week and Tues-Fri the next week. Allowing for no weekends, a four-day weekend every other weekend and no late evenings. Responsibilities: • Prepare and ensure patient comfort • Proficiency in taking dental radiographs, familiar with CBCT as well • Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed • Sterilize instruments according to regulations • Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry • Undertake lab tasks as instructed • Confidently communicate post-operative care instructions • Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked • Schedule appointments for next treatment • Maintain accurate patient records If you become a member of our Dental Family, we offer: • Pleasant work environment with competitive salary based on skill level • Excellent hours • Paid time Off • Paid Holidays • Dental Benefits (for you and your family) • Monthly Bonus Opportunity
