Why You'll Love This Job: ✔ Competitive hourly pay + great benefits (401k, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and PTO) ✔ A supportive team in a collaborative and professional environment ✔ Opportunities to learn and grow within the medical/dental field ✔ Play an important role in patient care and office success What You'll Be Doing: 🛎 Front Desk Operations: • Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently • Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and claims • Educate patients on procedures and pre/post-operative care 📊 Office Coordination & Administrative Support: • Ensure smooth daily operations of the practice • Track reports, monitor office supplies, and oversee billing/collections • Maintain organized patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance • Assist with community outreach, marketing, and patient retention efforts 👩⚕️ Professionalism & Leadership: • Act as a positive representative of the practice • Work closely with doctors and leadership to implement office improvements • Ensure the office maintains a safe, welcoming, and professional environment What You Bring to the Table: ✅ 2+ years of experience in a medical/dental office (preferred) ✅ Strong customer service and communication skills ✅ Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling ✅ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting ✅ Familiarity with billing codes and insurance plans is a plus!
