We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dental Assistant who is passionate about cosmetic and implant dentistry. The ideal candidate should be skilled, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be assisting with complex dental procedures and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities ✅ Assist in cosmetic, full-mouth rehabilitation, and implant procedures ✅ Provide four-handed dentistry support and ensure seamless workflow ✅ Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans, we will train if you experience in scanning. ✅ Maintain a clean and organized operatory and sterilization area ✅ Educate patients on post-op care and treatment plans ✅ Support the front office team when needed to ensure smooth operations ✅ Uphold our high standards of professionalism and patient care Qualifications & Requirements ✔ Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (cosmetic & implant experience preferred) ✔ RDA certification (Required) ✔ Experience with implants is a plus ✔ Familiarity with OpenDental is a plus ✔ Strong communication and patient education skills ✔ Positive attitude, team player, and problem solver ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail we work one sat per month from 9-3.
