Who You Are: As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant at our Loganville Family Dental practice, you will work closely with the dentists and other dental staff to provide excellent patient care. You are a skilled and compassionate individual who is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Responsibilities Assisting dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and ensuring patient comfort. Taking and developing dental X-rays. Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment. Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Providing postoperative instructions and oral hygiene tips to patients. Managing patient scheduling and maintaining accurate patient records. Manage multiple columns and work with 16 or more patients a day. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited dental assisting program. State certification or license as a Dental Assistant. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Benefits Part Time Opportunity, 3 days a week. From $20-$24 per hour depending on experience.  401(k) and up to a 4% match.
