Description

We are a periodontal practice located in Hoboken NJ and are seeking a highly motivated and friendly front desk manager to join and support our growing practice. We are a patient focused practice where creating a relaxed and comforting experience is our priority. Experience in the dental/medical field is preferable and helpful however we are happy to train someone who has limited experience. We are offering 3-4 days a week with a salary that is commensurate with experience and skill sets. We are currently in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with a 4th day currently being added. Responsibilities include managing the patient schedule, insurance verification, submitting and processing insurance claims and overall communications within the office.
