RDH with 15+ years’ experience wanted for a solo dentist/fee-for-service practice in Midlothian, a growing town south of the DFW metroplex. (www.forbrightersmiles.com) Enjoy great staff chemistry with traditionally low turnover – lead hygienist is in her 15th year. Emphasis in hygiene is on preventive care and non-surgical perio. A gentle touch is a priority, as well as thoroughness and superb clinical skills. Typical schedule is 6 adult patients per day with 1 hour appts. and 15 min. prep time between; 1 hour lunch period. Barrier gowns and scrubs provided and laundered on site; CE provided; new NSK Varios 970 piezo; new Cavitron ProphyJet; new Young infinity cordless handpiece; VaTech CBCT/pano/extraoral bitewings; digital sensors. Strict adherence to and training for OSHA, HIPAA, and cybersecurity. 3 ½ days: Tuesday - Thursday, 8:00 – 5:00; Friday, 8:00 – 2:30. Sick days and vacation offered after first year.
