What we’ll like about you: DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Periodontics Current Alabama license Current CPR, BLS, and PALS certifications Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written Lane Periodontics and Implants offer numerous benefits for Periodontist: First-year employment guarantee of $275,000 or the greater of 37% of adjusted production Second-year earning = 37% of adjusted production Sign-on bonus of $20,000 Eligible for Pathway to Partnership. Annual CE Budget of $5000; extensive in-house CE program.
