About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated general dentist to join our thriving dental practice, collaborating with a dedicated team and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional dental care. Your expertise and commitment to excellence are vital to our practice’s continued success. What we’ll like about you: DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school Current Mississippi license or eligible upon graduation Current CPR and BLS certifications Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written Lexington Family Dental offers numerous benefits for Dentists: First-year employment guarantee of $250,000 or the greater of 33% of adjusted production Second-year earning = 35% of adjusted production Sign-on bonus of $25,000 Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
