Are you an experienced dental front desk professional looking for a warm, welcoming team that values work-life balance and exceptional patient care? If so, we’d love to meet you! We are a privately owned, family-run pediatric dental practice. Our team takes pride in providing personalized care to every child and family who walks through our doors. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and experienced front desk administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have: - Experience handling PPO insurance (verifications, breakdowns, treatment plan presentations, etc.) - Familiarity with HMO and Medicaid insurance policies and nuances - Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude - A team-oriented mindset to work alongside our amazing front desk staff Competitive pay based on experience: $20/hr – $35/hr Business hours: Mon - Thur from 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 2pm.
