Great private practice looking to hire an experienced RDH. PTO, 401k, vacation time and benefits included.Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Our office hours are Tuesday- Friday 8am to 5pm. Dentrix and Dexis experience preferred. We look forward to hearing from you! Responsibilities Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination Sterilize dental instruments properly Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis Clean and help protect patients’ teeth (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride) Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques) Give instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures Take X-rays (Dexis) Maintain documentation and charts on each patient Monitor supplies Skills Proven experience as Dental Hygienist Experience Dentrix Outstanding communication skills A patient and friendly personality is a must Attention to detail Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job Diploma in Dental Hygiene Valid license to practice Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
