Our team is looking for a full time front desk team member. Dental Experience at Front Desk required. Responsibilities and Duties include (but not limited to): Primary Role: Schedule building Answering phone calls Scheduling appointments Treatment plan presentation Confirmation and Reminder phone calls Verification of benefits/ insurance Pre Authorization submissions Other duties as requested by management Qualifications and Skills Experience in the dental field is required. Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus but not necessary. Absolute must to have a pleasing personality.
