We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly and dynamic team at a private dental office in Roanoke, TX! Position: Patient Care Coordinator Location: Roanoke, TX Schedule: Monday through Thursday Office Type: Private Dental Practice Responsibilities: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the face of our practice, working closely with patients and the dental team. Your key responsibilities will include: Insurance Verification: Must be well-versed in insurance verification and benefits to ensure smooth and accurate processing. Patient Correspondence: Communicate with patients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions and providing necessary information. Treatment Plan Setup and Presentation: Assist in setting up and presenting treatment plans to patients. Financial Agreements: Help arrange and present financial agreements for treatments. Patient Check-In/Out: Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for all patients. Follow-Up on Unscheduled Treatment: Proactively follow up on any unscheduled treatment plans to ensure patients’ needs are met. General Front Desk Duties: Perform various other front desk tasks as required to maintain efficient office operations. Qualifications: Experience in Insurance Verification: You must be knowledgeable and efficient in handling insurance claims and verification. Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients. Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, ensure accuracy, and keep the office running smoothly.
