What You’ll Do: • Welcome patients with a friendly smile and ensure they have an excellent experience • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently • Verify insurance benefits and process claims • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism • Assist with treatment plan coordination and financial arrangements • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front-office operations What We’re Looking For: • Prior dental front office experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix or similar is a plus) • A positive, team-oriented attitude!
