POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a skilled Comprehensive Esthetic Dental Technician to join our growing team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will be staining, finishing and glazing high quality dental cases. You will work closely with dental professionals to ensure that each finished product meets the highest standards of fit, function, and esthetics. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS: • Must be familiar with comprehensive cases. • Finish porcelain to desired specifications. • Shade matching to prescribed prescription. • Ensure all cases meet our high standards. • Data entry into our lab software program. • Extremely proficient with a handpiece. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong understanding of written and spoken English. • Previous dental laboratory experience required. • Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy and functionality. • Excellent manual dexterity. • Proficiency in using dental laboratory equipment and tools. • Experience with CAD/CAM technology. • Ability to work with precision and accuracy. • Strong problem solving skills. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
