As we continue to expand, we are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities: • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office. • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments via phone and email. • Maintain organized patient records and update necessary information accurately. • Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing patient inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently. • Process payments and insurance claims accurately. • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery. • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient information. Requirements: • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with dental software is a plus. • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
