Ever wondered what it would feel like to work in a place where your role truly changes lives—every single day? This isn’t just another dental job. It’s a chance to help patients reclaim their health, breathe better, and feel confident in their smiles. If you’re looking for a role where you’re not just assisting but creating real impact, this might be exactly what you've been searching for. What You'll Do: As our Lead Dental Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be integral to ensuring every patient’s experience is seamless, personalized, and transformative. Here’s how you’ll help us deliver on our promise of life-changing care: • Patient Care & Education – Ensure patients feel at ease, educate them on treatment options (cosmetic, orthodontic, and sleep solutions), and answer their questions with clarity. • Advanced Diagnostics & Imaging – Capture CBCT scans, digital impressions, and photos to help personalize treatment plans. • Chairside Assistance – Anticipate needs, keep procedures running smoothly, and ensure patient comfort during every treatment. • Patient Experience & Coordination – Review the next steps in the treatment plan with patients before they leave, schedule their next appointment, and ensure they fully understand their care journey. • Post-Treatment Care – Provide clear post-op instructions, follow up on recovery progress, and offer additional guidance as needed. • Orthodontic Case Management – Track treatment progress, assist with remote monitoring, and guide patients on using digital tools to stay on course. • Administrative & Back-Office Support – Maintain digital records, manage inventory, sterilize instruments, and keep everything organized. • Team Collaboration – Work closely with the doctor, specialists, and front office to deliver a top-tier patient experience. Our practice runs efficiently throughout the day, with no formal lunch break. The last patient is seen at 2:00 PM, leaving by 3:00 PM. From 3:00 to 4:00 PM, we focus on end-of-day tasks and administrative duties to ensure everything is in perfect order for the next day. How does a schedule that helps you stay focused and eliminate downtime sound? You’ll spend your day fully engaged in helping patients, with everything you need to end the day on a positive, organized note. What You Bring: • Experience –2+ years as an RDA (Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required) • Licensing – Active RDA license, X-ray & Nitrous Oxide certification • Technology – Familiarity with digital scanning, Cerec (preferred but not required), and dental software • Passion – A commitment to putting patients first and delivering excellence at every step What’s in It for You: • Pay – $18-$25/hour depending on experience, with potential renegotiation after 3 months • Benefits: 401k matching after a year, Employee discounts, Holiday pay if the holiday falls on a normal workday, and PTO (1 week after 1 year and 2 weeks after 2 years) So, I’ll ask you—Are you ready to be part of a team that truly changes lives?
