Qualifications: -DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. -Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure. -Two years of practice experience, is preferred. -Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc. Our commitment to inclusion is woven into the core of who we are.
