General dentistry practice looking to add an additional assistant who has excellent customer service skills, is a team player, is comfortable in comforting patients, knows 4 handed dentistry, experienced in dental surgery and is punctual and reliable. We have strong team environment with stellar community reputation. Moderate-to fast paced practice. WILLING TO CONSIDER A NEW GRADUATE FROM AN ACCREDITED CDA/RDA PROGRAM. This is a full time position ONLY. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK HOURS LISTED BELOW. DAYS AND HOURS: Needed for: Mon 9-5:30, Tue 9-5:30 Wed 9-7:30, Fri 9-5:30,Thu 9-7:30, every other Sat 9-2:30. Salary based on experience, communication skills, flexibility, potential, knowledge of dentistry, surgery, and knowledge of Spanish. Thank you! Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring proper tools and equipment are available. Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and procedures to support the dental team. Perform 3D scans and assist with general dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with patients and provide excellent customer service. Sterilization of the instruments adhering to proper OSHA techniques and regulations.
