Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth operations within the dental office. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to assist dentists during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a sterile environment. Duties Include but are limited to: Assist dentists during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare treatment rooms ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Perform infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to effectively assist in various dental procedures. Collaborate with the team ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the office. Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Xray Certification Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques. Experience in general dentistry practices, implants, prosthedontics. Understanding of infection control standards within a dental setting. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.
